Why has my referral / application for placement been rejected? This is a tough one. We do not take for granted that you have reached out to us for support. Sometimes the applicant may fall under the criteria for certain Exclusions. This is non negotiable and there for the safety or our team, our environment or for other participants. Sometimes there may not be a bed available, due to high demand. We do try to work within our scheduled timeframe for units and programs and this may conflict with your placement. We absolutely understand and acknowledge that you have come to us for support and guidance, and regret that at certain times/for certain reasons your application for placement may be rejected or postponed. We will be in contact with you if this is the case, and if possible can work with you to find a solution. Your wellbeing is one of our greatest concerns. If you feel you are at risk or in immediate danger call 111
